I created The Detox Your Life Starter Kit package for the YOU if you are on a budget, but you understand the power of coaching, and need assistance getting started balancing your hormones. 

  • You understand the value of having a nutritionist and coach on your team to guide and support you on your wellness journey. 

  • You are determined to take the action steps you know you need to take to make change happen.

This starter kit has all you need to get you well on your way to better moods, a healthy weight, increased sustained energy, easier periods, balanced hormones, and the tools and resources to continue improving your health and maintain your progress.    

This package includes:

  • A 60-minute initial session 

  • 4 weeks worth of delicious hormone-healthy meals

    • High protein 4-week plan with balanced meals that include healthy carbs/fiber & fats

    • High protein recipe bundle

  • Downloadable PDF Guides (client favorites!) including tips and strategies on: 

    • Hormone health 101 (eating, lifestyle, and optimizing detox)

    • Low-tox living principles, including how to have a balanced mindset & working on stress resillience

    • How to practice cyclical living & seed cycling for hormone balance

  • 2 (two) 1-hour coaching sessions - client's choice of weekly or every other week

  • 1 month of on-the-go coaching access through private chat

  • + Bonus: Access to my dispensary of high-quality supplements for a special discount

You will have access to a nutrionist and coach (me), supportive guide, & accountability partner for a month at no additional cost. 

You will be able to ask me questions while you're shopping at the supermarket, ask me for help to understand an ingredient label, ask me for healthier product substitutions, get encouragement and mindset help, share your wins, etc. It's kind of like having a pocket coach - a coach in your back pocket for a whole month!   

This is all valued at over $600, but I want to make it available to you for a single payment of $250 (or 2 bi-weekly payments of $125)
